I’ve recently had a break up and it is not always a good feeling when you break up with the person you love. But sometimes, we love a person so much that we set them free. And not expecting anything in return.

The memories will not be forgotten and will always be in my heart.

I have grown a lot from the experience. The best teacher really is experience. And when we fall, that is when we can grow. The pains, the mistakes, these are foundations of our life.

The life up ahead is unclear. But just by having faith in the Lord is enough. He will guide me and I am His from the very start.

If you’re like me, a dead romantic kind of a girl who wants to earn additional money online, I suggest sticking it out with Amazon Associates.

There actually great gems of romance novels in Amazon. I’ve been an avid book worm since I was a kid and love romance novels because of the twist and turns in the story. Not to mention I’m a dead romantic. Hehe.

Although sometimes, it really gives me much pain to have love someone so much and still not make our relationship work. Well, I guess life is full of uncertainties. I just want to have faith again and when I love, I will love with my whole heart. No turning back and giving it all to the person I love.

Anyway, they have a pretty good payout system which at least can earn me extra money for my food extravaganzas. Hehe. A free merchant account set-up can be as easy for you as it is for me since I have no knowledge in coding webpages.

So what do you think? Think of buying books from Amazon? If you are, just let me borrow them after you’ve read them, ok? Hehe. I want to read more romance novels.

It was a great evening the other night when my aunt visited from the States. We went out and ate at the fancy restaurant Handuraw, located at Lahug near the SSS building and Philhealth. She visited Cebu around last week and we had some quality time together with the family.

Anyway, when we were eating together, the funny thing just happened. She was telling me all these blonde jokes, and I was like, “Wow, you just migrated to the United States and now you’re full of jokes for Americans.” Not only was she funny, but it was great to finally get together after a few years of not seeing each other.

The food at Handuraw was of course exceptional. We ate some pizzas and carbonara. Aside from the great dinner and funny jokes from my aunt, we went up Mountain View later in the evening. What a fun filled evening that was.

So if you guys want to get together with family members, Cebu is actually one of the best place to be in. Say my regards to the whole family in Connecticut. I really had a fun time!

One of the best place to have your wedding is absolutely the beach. My aunt thought so too and had their grand wedding in a beach. It was really really cool.

Out of all the beach resorts here in Cebu, my aunt had their wedding at Portofino located in Mactan Island, Lapu-Lapu. It was almost like an exclusive since very few people were present during that time. Because of that, the beach wedding was more private and intimate.

Very cozy and it was very sweet. I hope to have my wedding at a beach too. Just hope my prince charming in shinning armor has enough budget for it! Haha.

Fresh out of a long and publicly viewed relationship, this doe-eyed beauty is excited with freedom. “I’m enjoying my free time for once. I’m enjoying getting to know Nancy,” she says. “I plan to do a lot of travelling around the Philippines, which I’ve never done except if it’s for work. I’ll be trying out surfing for the first time in a couple of weeks, somewhere in Batangas. Then when I get better at it, I’ll go try it in Siargao!”

FHM: You’ve had to give up some work to get your share of free time. But isn’t it hard saying no to projects while they’re on a roll?
Nancy Castiglione: Oh yeah, it’s hard! But I’ve been working straight for three and a half years. I’ve worked on three shows simultaneously all that time. So I desperately need a break or else I’m going to burn out.

FHM: What is one thing you’re able to do now that you couldn’t before?
Nancy Castiglione: I started doing magazine work again, which I really, really love. I went too fast kasi from commercials and magazines to TV work. I enjoy doing fashion editorials, and shoots like this. And simply going out on a gimmick with friends! My perfect day would be going out with friends to the beach and coming back after dinner and having a few drinks at someone’s house or playing poker.

FHM: How do you feel about this shoot as opposed to when you first posed in FHM?
Nancy Castiglione: The first time I posed for FHM was back in the days when I was “rebelling”. Ha ha! But I was wearing a tube top and a skirt, so super pa-cute pa rin. My gosh I feel more prepared now. Then I was so young and I didn’t really know what I was doing, but now I feel that I’ve grown up a lot. So for this shoot, my goal is to emote sexiness and get away with it without having to be naked.

FHM: Ever made the first move?
Nancy Castiglione: One time I asked, “Can I kiss you?” He said yes. Hindi pa kami nun, pero siyempre naging kami!”

FHM: We know you’re newly single, but are you dating anyone? Is there anyone whos nervously sweating about this shoot?
Nancy Castiglione: Nope. I date, yes, but no one exclusive. I’ve got this fear of commitment now. The next guy I’m going to date has to be a prince, because it’s going to take a lot of sweep me off my feet now.

FHM: Why so jaded?
Nancy Castiglione: Ever since I’ve been in the Philippines I’ve had a boyfriend, like, every year. And it’s never really worked out.

FHM: Have all your boyfriends been Filipinos?
Nancy Castiglione: Yeah.

FHM: Have you tried their foreign brethren?
Nancy Castiglione: No, not since I’ve been here in the Philippines. In Canada, yes.

FHM: So how do Canadians compare with Filipino guys?
Nancy Castiglione: Well, they [Canadians] are a little bit more laidback, that’s for sure. They do make you feed secure, but not the same way Filipinos do - which could be a good or bad thing, depending on what you want. What’s endearing about Filipino guys, on the other hand, is how they shower you with attention, even the possessiveness can be endearing and flattering.

FHM: So what do you think of when you hear the word “69″?
Nancy Castiglione: Bastos, ha ha! That number’s just got that stigma behind it.

FHM: Would you ever try it?
Nancy Castiglione: Secret! Is it any good? Have you? Ha ha!

You know how a simple little thing can ruin your beautiful day?

It’s when you wake up in the morning and look in the mirror to see a huge zit!

But since the day I was advised to use Panoxyl, I had no more problems with pimples. I usually use the 10% concentration. It may be too powerful and really stingy for some people, but it’s still really worth it. A warning though, your skin may become dry and flaky but all you need is a moisturizer and your problems are solved. NIVEA products work best for me when it comes to moisturizing.

And you know what? Kimberly Sue Yap Chiu or “Kim Chiu” used to apply Panoxyl on her pimples. That was when she wasn’t famous yet but since she now has Vicky Belo, she may not be using anything else. But do keep note that before she got famous she was already very pretty, and Panoxyl – Benzoyl Peroxide really helped her.

After we had dinner, he brought me home. I really enjoyed it so much that I thought it was over. When we were in front of our house, he parked the car in front and told me to transfer to the back of the car. I thought why should I?

I felt nervous thinking what my date would do. After transferring in the back seat, he opened a TV set in the car and played a very romantic video! It was perfect! I was so so touched that I even cried!
