I Miss You Guys! Calling with Cheap International Phone Cards! <3

February 1st, 2008

I have a lot of relatives abroad. Most especially my aunts in California. I miss you guys and I want to talk to you. How exactly? Well, through these cheap phone cards from PhoneCardAvenue. hehe. :D

They actually have one of the best rates internationally. With only a rate of 4.9¢/min calling from Manila, Philippines. Another thing I like about them is that they deliver the cards online instantly. Hehe. So that means, you don’t have to wait after you’ve paid. Great isn’t it? :)

Well, it isn’t over. I just discovered that they have introduced a 3% cash back rebate program that will get you 3% of every calling card or phone card purchased from them. Wow ha! Haha. That is so cool. Instant savings! hehe.

So why don’t you guys try it? I already have. Hehe. Anybody want to call me too? Hehe :D <3

January 30th, 2008

Boracay Beach

Boracay is the World’s Most Popular Beach according to Yahoo! Travel. Yahoo! Travel just announced The World’s Most Popular Beaches of 2007, Topping the list is our very own Boracay Island here in the Philippines. Weee. <3

I’ve been to boracay several times now, and to be honest, i’m not surprised it’s the most popular beach in the world. A lot of tourist flock this place because of the clear white sand, great blue waters and great weather. Hehe.

The complete list from Yahoo! Travel of the most popular beaches of 2007 are:

1. Boracay Island, Philippines
2. Nassau, The Bahamas
3. Cebu, Philippines
4. Phan Thiet, Vietnam
5. Montego Bay, Jamaica
6. Phuket, Thailand
7. Cozumel, Mexico
8. San Diego, California
9. Honolulu, Hawaii
10. San Juan, Puerto Rico

The world-famous island of Boracay is located in Aklan province 345 kms. South of Manila. The island is accessible by air from Manila or Cebu through two principal gateways: Caticlan airport or Kalibo airport. It’s not too far now is it? Hehehe.

So how about flying over at boracay. We have a modeling show there this coming summer. Hope to see you here. Hehe. :D

Plantation Bay Resort and Spa - An Absolute Paradise in Cebu

January 27th, 2008

Plantation Bay

Out of all the resorts and hotels I’ve been through, (believe me, I’ve been through a lot! :D ) the best resort I have to say is Plantation Bay Resort and Spa. It’s strategically located in Mactan, Lapu-Lapu where all the other white sand beaches are of course. But the one thing that Plantation Bay strikes you differently is that it’s a man-made lake!

So what about being man-made? Well, to put it subtly, It’s really really clean! And of course, you won’t have to worry about getting rashes or having accidents. The white sands are crystal-like and the rooms are very spacious.

When I went there with my family, I really enjoyed it. We went biking around the morning, then take a dip in their vast number of pools and shore lines. The food was not that good though. But it was exotic. It was a buffet dinner and I did have a great time. Hehe. :D

Plantation Bay Spa

What’s a resort without a spa? I had a great time both outdoor and indoor! Hehehe. :D The spa is excellent and truly relaxing. The whole place is vast and could be explored in a day. It’s 11.4 hectares of secluded grounds and yet only 30 minutes from downtown Cebu City. Isn’t that something? ;)

The only issue you might have with this place is of course the price! Hehe. Everything is paid with US Dollars since this place is really intended for international market. I saw a lot of koreans and japanese when we went there so I’m pretty sure their marketing is pretty good. Hehe. It’s reaching the whole Asia.

So anyway, the next time you want to have a vacation in Cebu. Try Plantation Bay. It’s one of the best you’ll ever experience. Hehe.

PS: If you’re going there, how about inviting me to join yah? Hehehe :D
